Another attempt to work on painting skills (in this case background and atmosphere) while trying to flatter an amazing person. I want to go back and retouch this picture (his clothes above everything else) but I lost the jumpdrive containing the original file.

I've been meaning to ask...What program do you use to color? And do you do this with a mouse?
